This tart combines some of my very favourite flavours: pecans (which you will taste in a rich delicious homemade praline), coconut and chocolate. 

The almond-based shell is filled with delicious coconut mousse and pecan praline, and garnished with cocoa pecan crumble and chocolate ganache.

Ingredients: plain flour, ground almond, salt, icing sugar, eggs, butter, pecans, coconut purée, whipping cream, dark chocolate, cocoa powder.
