I'm an Italian pastry chef based in Barnes, London. After years of self-taught home-baking, I decided to attend the world-famous Le Cordon Bleu culinary school in London to improve and complete my pastry training.
I've been conducting baking classes for children, as well as private one-to-one courses via a platform called chefs for foodies.
My baking style combines the warmth of the Italian home-cooking I learnt from my mum and my nonna with international influences I absorbed during my travelling, and some sophisticated French techniques.
I launched my online bakery in 2021 and I'm thrilled to share my favourite treats with you.
