My personal favourite Italian classic: cannoncini - literally meaning "little cannons", are cannon or cone shaped pastries filled with delicious pastry cream.
The puff pastry is made in house!
Ingredients: plain flour, salt, butter, milk, egg yolk, vanilla bean paste, cornflour, caster sugar, toasted nuts (almonds or hazelnuts).
Allergens: wheat, gluten, dairy, eggs, almonds and/or hazelnuts (tree nuts).
