Elegant and delicious, this is the perfect dessert for my pistachio lovers! A moist pistachio daquoise sponge is layered with pistachio and white chocolate mousse and a crunchy pistachio and dark chocolate praline crisp. A rich chocolate glaze coat the entire cake, garnished with pistachio halves and nibs.
Ingredients: plain flour, icing sugar, ground hazelnuts, ground almonds, eggs, hazelnut praline, milk chocolate, dark chocolate, whipping cream, caster sugar, cocoa powder, gelatine, roasted almonds, feullettine.
Allergents: gluten, dairy, eggs, pistachio, almonds (tree nuts), soy.
